I cant even describe how much fun I had yesterday. The entire experience was probably my favorite and everything worked out so well. From having everything we needed and blaring music on the way down there, trying to find parking on the confusing streets of LA, the car not wanting to reverse, and being 3RD IN LINE at like 1:30 in the afternoon was incredible. Seeing the Starkids as they arrived in cars, walking, or hanging out was awesome. Me and my friends were hardcore fangirling all day.
Then we got to do Crash the Barricade which was only $15 including buffet dinner in the HOB, and early entrance into the event, we were ecstatic. Being under shade all day helped too lol
When we were let in for dinner, we scarfed our food down in like 5 mins and ran to wait in the next line to get into the event, and as more people started to arrive, we saw some of the Warblers! they were taking pics and walked right next to us to get through the door and we fist bumped them!! they were sooo cool and then we saw Nick Lang as he arrived in his car.
When we finally got in 45 mins later Charlene Kaye performed and brought Darren on for their song!!!!!!! We all about died at this point. The Starkid finally came on and we had sooo much fun!!! I didnt know a lot but when they came back on for their encore, it was madness! They had beach balls (which i kept one) and confetti and steam! It was the best performance ever!! Our minds were blown!!
Then as we were waiting for our car, Darren walked by with security and waved to everyone as he left. Cannot even decribe how amazing this man was during the show. He sounded incredible and looked soo happy to be there with his friends, even though he didnt know some of the dances lol.
Amazing night! Amazing performance! Amazing day! I am so lucky I live an hour away from LA :D
